Meeting with Clergy and Marriage Prep Coordinator

Prior to scheduling your meeting with the clergy, you will need to have completed the following items:

• Fill out the Sacrament Inquiry Form
• Read the Wedding Celebration Guidelines and sign the Wedding Celebration Agreement. This can be turned in to the church office or emailed to the Marriage Formation Coordinator, Julie Ratliff, at [email protected]. 
• Submit your $100 Deposit check made out to St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Parish to the Church office. This can be mailed or hand delivered in an envelope with attention to the Wedding Coordinator, Julie Ratliff. If applicable, you will also need to pay the $1000 church usage fee at this time. This is for non-parishioners or non-active parishioners. 
• Catholics are required to obtain a copy (within the last six months) of your baptismal certificate from the parish where you were baptized.  The baptismal certificate is to include the full notations of all the sacraments you have received and include the parish seal. If either of you are not Catholic, you are encouraged, but not required, to produce a baptismal certificate. Baptismal Certificates can be mailed to the parish, with attention to the Marriage Formation Coordinator. 

Once all these items have been turned in, the Marriage Formation Coordinator will contact you to schedule a meeting.
